Hi, my Yoga class (Iyengar) at Hackney Forge, 243a Victoria Park Rd, E9 7HD (entrance off Banbury Road) will run from 10-11.30am on Sundays.
It’s £9, (£7.50 concessions). £70 for ten classes (to be used within three months).
The class is suitable for all levels including beginners and mats and other equipment are provided. (Though you may want to bring your own mat.)
